Draftsman

• Prepare accurate technical drawings, plans, and layouts for building and infrastructure projects.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications and standards.

• Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.

• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and related documentation.

• Ensure compliance with construction codes, standards, and project guidelines.

• Provide technical support during project planning and execution stages.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in drafting/design within the construction industry.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD (or equivalent).

• Strong technical knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and industry standards.

• Preferred habits: punctual, detail-oriented, proactive in meeting deadlines.

• Professional traits: strong communicator, collaborative team player, and committed to integrity.
