Finance & Admin Manager

• Oversee and manage full financial operations, including:

• Cashbooks, reconciliations, budgeting

• GST, payroll, and tax compliance

• Monthly and annual financial statements

• Project-based costing and financial reporting

• Implement financial systems (e.g. MYOB/Xero)

• Monitor cashflow and generate strategic reports for the MD

• Lead and supervise junior accounts/admin staff

• Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with PNG accounting standards

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• At least 5 years experience in a senior finance or accounting role

• Strong knowledge of PNG tax, IPA compliance, and audit procedures

• Experience with MYOB, Xero, or similar systems

• Must be able to work independently, manage deadlines, and train junior staff

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability
